Headphone Cable Wiring Colors Actually, they're not, they're my headphone cables. Microphone has it's own red jack, the green headphone jack got damaged, i removed it, went out and bought a replacement but i have never seen this type of color coding on audio equipment. EDIT: Not sure if this is important the headphones are branded as Gigatech.
